Usage rights of any and all work preformed by Studio 4 Design, LLC are granted to clients of Studio 4 Design, LLC "ONLY" who stay current with their monthly subscription fees and to whom have paid their balance in full of their set-up fees. Violators of this usage will be responsible of all fees necessary to collect all past due fees, to include collection agencies fees, court fees, extraction fees to remove your listings from all links created by Studio 4 and all compounded interest fees accrued of all these listed events.. Violators must extract these pages and copyrighted code created by Studio 4 Design, LLC from all pages within 45 days of their past due fees without further notice to do so by Studio 4 Design, LLC as notice was indicate to read this usage rights as indicated within their first invoice. Any payment towards invoice binds all listed content in Studio 4 Design, LLC copyright usage agreement and is a binding contract for services rendered by Studio 4 Design, LLC. If extraction is not done in a timely manner, prosecution bylaws’ will apply for intent to steal.  This applies to any unauthorized usage of Studio 4 Design, LLC  intellectual property, to include images, source code, SEO/folders, structure,  or links.   Any and all images left on any of the violators pages will be prosecuted separately for each image. Copyright laws expressed through the Professional Photographers of America Copyright & Government Affairs Department upheld by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act will apply to each image and each violation.  All services rendered by Studio 4 Design, LLC for SEO structure are subscription usage only unless written usage rights are granted and substantial payment received.
